What you share

The form asks for your name, email address, location and information about your space and the service you are interested in. The questions vary with your chosen service, including existing pieces, design priorities and rooms in scope. A spending range, preferred day and feeling brief are optional. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your description.

Why it is collected

Your enquiry is stored in the site’s private database so it can be reviewed and followed up. Contact details are used to discuss your enquiry and arrange a conversation. Submitting the form does not sign you up to a marketing list.

Email and website services

The website hosting service processes and stores submitted enquiries. When email delivery is connected, an email provider also processes the information needed to notify Exhale and send an acknowledgement. The reference shown after submission confirms that the enquiry was saved; it does not confirm an appointment.

Booking a free consultation

When you book directly on this website, your name, email, optional notes and appointment time are stored in the site’s private database and sent to Google Calendar. Google creates the calendar invitation and video call details; an email notice is also sent to Exhale. Only available times are returned to visitors, never the titles or details of private calendar events. A temporary booking attempt is kept in this browser tab’s session storage until confirmation, so a retry can check the same appointment. A protected representation of your network address is used to limit repeated booking attempts. Use the private link in your confirmation or calendar invitation to view or cancel the appointment. If you use the alternative Google booking link, you enter your details directly with Google. See Google’s privacy policy for its handling of booking information.

Your feeling brief

The Find Your Feeling exercise can be completed without sending information to Exhale. Choosing to bring your result into an enquiry saves that brief in this browser tab’s session storage. It is cleared when you submit successfully or remove it from the form. It is sent with your contact details only when you submit the enquiry.

A correction or removal request

Include your enquiry reference when asking to correct or remove your submitted details. Use the enquiry form so the request can be reviewed.
